Tableau, and big-data platforms.\n\nIdentify opportunities to automate, optimize, and standardize reporting and analytics processes.\n\nConduct deep-dive analyses to diagnose business drivers, uncover opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.\n\nProvide supplier & spend analytics to support GCS/ICS field teams and G&S spend strategies.\n\nStrategic Support\nTranslate business problems into structured analytical approaches delivering meaningful outcomes.\n\nEnable seamless monitoring of project performance metrics and its visibility to the senior stakeholders\n\nConduct ad hoc analyses to support growth strategies, operational improvements, and forward-looking decision-making.\n\nOwn end-to-end analytics delivery-from data exploration & analysis to visualization and insight generation.\n\nManage assigned analytics projects, prioritizing tasks based on business objectives and dependencies.\n\nEnsure clear communication of insights, methodology, and project progress to stakeholders.\n\nMonitor and track performance metrics, ensuring visibility and understanding among business partners.\n\nMaintain high data quality, governance, and compliance standards across all reporting and analytics activities.\n\nStreamline workflows and recommend process efficiencies that enhance scalability and reliability.\n\nProject & Stakeholder Management\n\nGovernance & Process Excellence\n\n7+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, strategy, operations, or program management (financial services or technology preferred).\n\nPost-graduate degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Management preferred\n\nStrong analytical skills with hands-on expertise in SQL, Hive, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.\n\nExperience with automation, predictive analytics, GenAI applications in reporting, and big-data platforms (e.g., Cornerstone)\n\nBackground in B2B payments, sales processes, procurement, or accounts payable data is a plus\n\nExcellent communication and data storytelling skills, with proven experience developing executive-level
