The role will focus on supporting the execution, monitoring, analysis and ongoing management of PLI/RLI strategies and processes, while ensuring adherence to applicable policies, controls and regulatory requirements.\nThe Analyst will work closely with key business partners and stakeholders to support effective management of the PLI/RLI processes, identify opportunities through data and analysis, monitor performance and provide insights that support business objectives and an effective Card Member experience.\n Support the PLI and RLI processes for ICS Pay Over Time, including ongoing execution, monitoring, analysis and reporting.\nPerform detailed analysis of PLI/RLI performance and key business metrics to identify trends, opportunities, anomalies and areas requiring further investigation.\nSupport the development, implementation and ongoing management of PLI/RLI strategies and initiatives, working closely with relevant partners and stakeholders.\nDevelop and maintain reporting, dashboards and performance tracking, leveraging data and analytical insights to support business decisions and recommendations.\nConduct deep-dive analysis to understand business performance, customer behavior and the impact of changes to PLI/RLI strategies or processes.\nSupport testing, implementation and post-implementation monitoring of changes and enhancements, while identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.\nPartner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Risk, Technologies, Operations and other key stakeholders, to support initiatives and resolve issues.\nEnsure PLI/RLI activities are executed in accordance with established policies, procedures, controls and regulatory requirements, while maintaining appropriate process and control documentation.\nProactively identify emerging trends, issues or process gaps and communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.\nManage multiple priorities and deliverables while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data and translate analysis into meaningful business insights.\nStrong proficiency in SQL and experience querying, manipulating and analyzing large datasets.\nExperience with data analysis, reporting and visualization tools, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
