You will support the execution of RCSA - risk and control self-assessments, partner with stakeholders across teams, and contribute to clear, accurate reporting that supports better decision-making.\nThis is an opportunity to work at the center of risk management activities, where your contributions directly support stronger governance, more effective controls, and a more resilient organization.\n Support the execution of risk and control self-assessments across assigned business areas.\nManage and maintain risk and control data, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assessment templates.\nFacilitate workshops and working sessions to gather inputs, align on requirements, and move assessments forward.\nConduct process and risk mapping and support the development of closeout reports and summaries.\nTrack open items, data gaps, issues, and action plans through resolution, including consistent follow-up with stakeholders.\nEnsure stakeholder expectations, key decisions, and required actions are clearly documented and addressed.\nReview outputs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before finalization.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to support improvements in risk and control processes.\n Minimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\nExperience in operational risk, control management, audit, compliance, or a related field.\nStrong analytical skills with experience working with data and identifying trends or gaps.\nExperience preparing clear and concise reports or presentation materials.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deliverables.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly to different audiences.\nExperience collaborating with stakeholders to gather information and resolve issues.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and AI Tools (Copilot, ChatGPT)\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting risk or control assessments in a structured program.\nFamiliarity with process mapping, risk identification, and control evaluation, issue and events.\nExperience facilitating discussions or workshops with business partners.\nExperience working with governance, risk, or reporting tools.\nBackground in financial services or working in a regulated environment.\nAdditional Details:\nLocation: BGC Corporate Center 2, 5th Avenue corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig\nWorkplace Flexibility: Full time.
