The focus of this collaborative team is to drive growth via digital user experiences, marketing, strategy, and analytics. The team specializes in using data around digital product usage to drive improvements in the customer experience to deliver higher satisfaction and business value.\nWe are seeking a motivated, strategic individual to for Associate-Digital Product Operations position,who is ready to put the customer first and demonstrate mastery of end-to-end customer journeys and how to design experiences and products that people love and that also deliver clear business outcomes.\nAs part of the Global Servicing communication (Product Ops & Delivery) within Membership Portfolio Services, this person will collaborate across business stakeholders to identify the roadmap for servicing capability for a particular business unit. The person in this role is expected to maintain & groom the backlog with the help for business stakeholders.
