The role contributes to the maintenance and enhancement of the Compliance framework through regulatory analysis, risk assessments, governance activities, control reviews and advisory support to business stakeholders.\nIn addition, the Compliance & AML Advisory Analyst might perform AML related operational tasks in line with AMEX compliance requirements.\nWorking closely with Compliance, Financial Crime and business partners across multiple markets and functions, the successful candidate will support a broad range of initiatives while gaining exposure to international projects, regulatory developments and control frameworks.\nThis position follows a hybrid working model with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working remotely.\n Compliance Advisory\nProvide advice and guidance on Compliance and Financial Crime matters.\nSupport assessments of regulatory requirements and business impacts.\nContribute to risk assessments and thematic reviews.\nPrepare analysis, recommendations and briefing materials for management.\nProvide independent challenge and subject matter expertise where required.\nAML & Financial Crime Support\nSupport AML governance and oversight activities.\nContribute to AML risk assessments, reporting and monitoring activities.\nProvide operational support on KYC, EDD, Transaction Monitoring and Sanctions matters.\nAssist with reviews of complex or sensitive AML-related matters.\nSupport quality assurance and oversight activities.\nGovernance, Controls & Framework Enhancement\nSupport the review and maintenance of Compliance and AML policies, procedures and governance documentation.\nContribute to control assessments, framework reviews and monitoring activities.\nIdentify opportunities to strengthen governance arrangements and control effectiveness.\nSupport Internal Audit, regulatory examinations, compliance reviews and remediation activities as applicable.\nAssist in the preparation of management information and governance reporting.\nRegulatory Change & Business Support\nMonitor regulatory developments and emerging compliance risks.\nAssist with applicability assessments and implementation activities.\nSupport business stakeholders in understanding Compliance requirements.\nContribute to cross-functional initiatives with regulatory, governance or control implications.\n Education\nMaster's degree in Law preferred, or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline or experience.\nExperience\nExperience in Compliance, AML, Risk, Internal Control, Audit or Regulatory Affairs.\nExperience supporting governance, control, remediation or regulatory initiatives.\nExperience drafting policies, procedures, assessments and management communications.\nExperience in project
