calculations.\nManagement of Income tax notices\nProcess, report, and reconcile all income tax payments\nResponsible for Amex tax return mailings and all associated documentation.\nResponsible for reporting of quarterly SOX inventory listing and assurance that files are compliant\nManagement of tax residency certificates\nResponsible for maintaining the tax transaction logs\nLiaison with third party service providers for AmEx annual report filings as well as Personal Property tax\nAssist with entity tax classification applications\nManagement of the compliance tax calendar\nReview and redistribute incoming tax electronic correspondence to appropriate internal parties\nPrepare onboarding documentation such as IRS Forms W-8, W-9, and tax residence certifications\nLiaise with tax authority representatives regarding information reporting-related notices\nObtain tax return transcripts and reconcile transcripts against tax returns\nManagement of legal entity tracker\nAttend tax advisory meetings and take notes as required\nAssist in ad hoc project support as required across Global Tax\nBachelor of Science Degree in Accounting/Finance\nExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail\nAbility to work in an evolving AI enabled environment\nAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently\nStrong analytical skills\nStrong written and verbal communication
