PhD degree preferred.\nProven track record on producing outstanding research results (Journal and/or Conference publications, and patterns) is a must. \n8+ years full lifecycle product development and engineering leadership in highly available, highly scalable, high throughput systems\n8+ years of experience in building and delivering sophisticated solutions that leverage various AI solutions, machine learning algorithms or technologies and are able to scale optimally.\nExpert in at least one of the following fields:\no Generative AI\no Machine Learning\no Deep Learning\no Reinforcement Learning\no Natural Language Processing\no Optimization\no Probabilistic Inference\no Information Retrieval\no Recommendation Systems\no Bayesian Inference\no Advanced time series forecasting\nHands-on Experience with most of the following open-source solutions:\no Orchestrate: Airflow, Kubeflow Pipelines, ML Run\no Container: Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos + Marathon\no Model Serving: Kubeflow KF Serving, TF Serving, Seldon-Core, MLflow\no Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch\no Development:\n- Programming Language: Python, Java, Scala, Julia\n- IDE: Notebooks, PyCharm, VS Studio\n- Machine Learning: TensorFlow, Keras, ScikitLearn, H20.ai, XGBoost, MXNet\n- Feature Store: Hopsworks, Feast, or other purposed built Feature Store\n- Model Format: ONNX, PMML\nAbility to convey complex, technical subject matter in a clear and straightforward manner;
