Engineering Teams to identify feature sets that impact private and public cloud platforms to ensure availability and reduce toil\n\nPerforms hands-on architecture, design and development of monitoring systems to provide continuous support for ongoing infrastructure and application availability\n\nUnderstands current incidents and provides solutions to detect, recover, and prevent re-occurrence.\n\nSupport day-to-day infrastructure operations across Windows and Linux server environments along with server administration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.\nMonitor infrastructure health, availability, capacity, and performance & investigate and resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.\nAssist with server provisioning, builds, deployments, decommissioning & support infrastructure migration, technology refresh, and modernization projects.\nPerform system-level troubleshooting, log analysis, and performance optimization.\nSupport user access management, permissions, and system configuration activities.\nMaintain infrastructure security, OS hardening, and compliance standards.\nAssist with storage, file systems, networking, DNS, and connectivity troubleshooting.\nParticipate in incident, problem, and change management processes.\nSupport root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of preventive measures.\nAssist with backup, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery activities.\nSupport automation and scripting using PowerShell, Shell, Python, or Ansible.\nCollaborate with application, database, network, storage, security, and cloud teams.\nParticipate in project implementation, testing, cutover, and post-deployment support.\nMaintain SOPs, technical documentation, operational runbooks, and audit evidence.\nDemonstrate strong problem-solving, ownership, teamwork, and ability to balance BAU operations with project deliverables.\n\n Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience\n\n10+ years of industry experience with 3+ years of software development experience in Python and Go.\n\nExperience in Java8+ and Spring/Spring Boot frameworks is a plus, but not required\n\nUnderstanding of Linux functionalities / features as well as good experience of shell scripting\n\nExperience in clouds platforms such as AWS, GCP and Azure is beneficial\n\nGood understanding of Container & Orchestration Technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift\n\nExperience in automation tools such as Ansible\n\nExperience in NoSQL databases such as Couchbase preferred\n\nAbility to work with Infrastructures and Platforms including IaaS, PaaS, Cloud technologies and tools for Continuous Delivery (CD)\n\nAbility to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges and articulate solutions\n\nGood written and verbal communication
