The role will involve a combination of Business-as-Usual (BAU) operational support and infrastructure project delivery, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and stability of Windows/Linux-based systems.\nThe ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Linux/Windows administration, troubleshooting, automation and infrastructure operations, along with experience supporting technology transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives.\n Job Responsibilities:\nWorks closely with Operations and Engineering Teams to identify feature sets that impact private and public cloud platforms to ensure availability and reduce toil\n\nPerforms hands-on architecture, design and development of monitoring systems to provide continuous support for ongoing infrastructure and application availability\n\nUnderstands current incidents and provides solutions to detect, recover, and prevent re-occurrence\n\nStrong hands-on experience in OS(Linux/Windows) administration, to manage day-to-day Linux/Windows BAU operations and production support.\nTroubleshoot OS-level incidents and resolve technical issues within SLAs and perform Linux server health checks, monitoring, and performance tuning.
