Enterprise Data Platforms (EDP) enables the enterprise with trusted, governed, and actionable data through modern digital products and platforms. The team transforms enterprise warehouse data into intuitive, scalable experiences that help users discover, access, analyze, and derive insights from data.
As a Manager in Digital Product Management, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise data products built on modern cloud and data platforms, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will work across business, data, technology, and design teams to turn complex data capabilities into simple, high-value digital experiences.
Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for enterprise digital data products and platform capabilities.
Understand enterprise user journeys and identify opportunities to simplify how users discover, access, consume, and derive insights from warehouse data using best in class Digital Products.
Identify and prioritize high-value AI/GenAI opportunities across digital product journeys, with clear business benefits, ROI, productivity gains, adoption metrics, and success measures.
Translate business needs and product strategy into prioritized features and user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes. Lead product discovery, requirements definition, backlog prioritization, solution-designdiscussions, and roadmap execution.
Partner with UX/design, engineering, architecture, data analytics, governance, and business teams to build intuitive, scalable, and reliable data products.
Define and track product KPIs, adoption, user experience, and business outcomes, using insights and feedback to continuously enhance the product.
Ensure appropriate data security, privacy, governance, entitlement, and compliance requirements are incorporated into product capabilities. Manage product risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and priorities while balancing user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
Evaluate emerging capabilities across cloud, data, analytics, AI, and GenAI to identify opportunities for product innovation.
Act as a product thought leader and mentor Product Owners and cross-functional teams on customer-centric, outcome-driven product development.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business/MBA, or a relateddiscipline.
6+ years of experience delivering business-critical digital products, enterprise data products, platforms, or technology solutions.
Proven Product Management/Product Ownership experience, including product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, requirements, and end-to-end delivery.
Experience building products that enable enterprise users to discover, access, analyze, or derive insights from large-scale data.
Strong understanding of modern cloud and data ecosystems, preferably including GCP,BigQuery, Cloud Composer/Airflow, Pub/Sub, APIs, andbig-datatechnologies.
Working knowledge of data warehousing, databases, SQL, data integration/pipelines, APIs, analytics, BI/reporting, and digital UI concepts.
Experience translating complex data and technology capabilities into intuitive user experiences and measurable business value.
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile product development environments; SAFeexperience is preferred.
Ability to balance strategic product thinking with hands-on execution in a complex enterprise environment.
Experience with enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, data marketplaces, self-service analytics, data governance, or AI/GenAI-enabled data products is highly desirable.
