stakeholder teams to satisfy requests timely and comprehensively \nFacilitate readiness and knowledge share activities across Labs \n\nContribute to process improvement by identifying gaps, developing toolkits and resources, and reengineering activities to optimize efficacy of the product and business control environment \nProactively anticipate risks/issues and ensure appropriate mitigation planning is in place to avoid compromising delivery \nCoordinate and execute on control and risk framework transformation projects \nServe as the point person for risk questions, escalations and efforts dedicated to a suite of Labs products \n Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation sills with the ability to influence partners across a wide variety of functions \nStrong agency, can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization, and thrives on a high level of autonomy and responsibility \nAbility to drive results against timelines, prioritize, and execute flawlessly
