A strong focus on process optimization and driving results is required.\nLead end-to-end product delivery across the lifecycle-ideation, strategy, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support for enterprise-scale AI/GenAI solutions.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI/ML and GenAI adoption, translating business problems into scalable, data-driven technical solutions.\nDrive requirements gathering and analysis, creating clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/technical documentation.\nPartner with engineers, and architects to design and integrate AI/ML models and GenAI capabilities (e.g., LLM-based solutions, prompt engineering) into business workflows.\nIdentify and implement intelligent automation and process optimization initiatives using AI, ML, Business Process Management, and analytics tools to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.\nParticipate & Support in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure smooth delivery using tools like Jira/Rally, managing backlog prioritization and sprint planning.\nAct as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, effectively communicating complex AI concepts to stakeholders at all levels.\nDrive data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics, KPIs, and insights to continuously enhance product performance experience in enterprise product development and delivery, with hands-on involvement across the full product lifecycle-ideation, strategy, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance in large-scale, complex environments.\nStrong ability to translate business problems into technical solutions, including AI/ML and GenAI-driven use cases.\nProven expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, including creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.\nExperience working with AI/GenAI tools and frameworks (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, automation tools), with the ability to identify and implement intelligent automation opportunities.\nSolid understanding of machine learning concepts, data-driven decision making, and AI product lifecycle, including model integration into business workflows.\nHands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and end-to-end delivery using tools such as Jira or Rally.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.\nExperience in business process evaluation and optimization, leveraging AI, ML, BPM, and automation tools to drive efficiency and scalability.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI/technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nProven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery.\nAwareness and/or hands-on experience with automation ecosystems, including Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Business Process Management (BPM), and open-source AI technologies.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.\nBanking/Financial Services domain experience is preferred, especially in data-driven or AI-led transformation initiatives.\nDemonstrated learning agility, curiosity, and adaptability to emerging technologies, particularly in the evolving AI/GenAI space.\n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field
