The successful candidate will act as strategic partner to both technical and non-technical teams to bring strategic platforms and projects to life. The position will have responsibility for enabling the platform vision, product roadmaps and driving business objectives and targeted outcomes. This role will also partner with their director and other AI Leadership to provide regular written and verbal updates to Senior Management.\n Lead the engineering enablement, implementation, administration, and continuous optimization of enterprise AI SaaS platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable solutions aligned with organizational objectives.\nOwn platform administration and configuration, including workspace and project management, user provisioning, role-based access controls, authentication, API credentials, usage limits, and lifecycle management.\nPartner with application engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and architecture teams to design, integrate, and operationalize AI platform capabilities within enterprise applications and workflows.\nEstablish and maintain platform operational controls, including monitoring, observability, usage analytics, performance optimization, incident management, and cost governance.\nDrive technical onboarding and platform enablement for internal teams, facilitating API access, integration support, environment configuration, and adoption of engineering best practices.\nCollaborate with security, risk, compliance, and governance stakeholders to implement enterprise standards for identity management, data protection, access controls, and responsible AI usage.\nLead platform enhancements, configuration changes, release coordination, testing, and production readiness activities to ensure operational stability and seamless adoption of new capabilities.\nPartner with program and engineering teams to track platform deliverables, technical milestones, dependencies, and operational risks, proactively resolving impediments and communicating progress.\nEvaluate emerging AI models, platform capabilities, and engineering practices to identify opportunities for automation, innovation, operational efficiency, and enhanced developer experience.\nDemonstrate technical leadership, structured problem-solving, adaptability, and a bias for action while navigating complex and rapidly evolving AI technologies.\nWhere applicable, mentor Technology Delivery and Engineering colleagues, fostering technical excellence, knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and an inclusive team environment.\nBachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical subject area, or equivalent work experience, is preferred\n5+ years of hands-on engineering experience across complex systems and platforms, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and high-impact solutions\nDeep understanding of software and infrastructure design principles with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility\nDemonstrated experience in working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams on complex projects.\nExperience using Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development team concepts to deliver technology solutions on that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality\nKnowledge and experience using Agile management tools such as Jira, Rally or similar platforms\nExcellent oral and written interpersonal abilities;
