This position will support enterprise value creation through disciplined sourcing execution, supplier strategy, contract drafting and negotiation, risk-aware decision making, and compliant third-party engagement. The role is suited for a procurement professional who can operate with ownership, influence cross-functional partners, and translate business requirements into measurable sourcing and contracting outcomes.\n Strategic Sourcing\nLead end-to-end sourcing engagements, including requirements gathering, supplier identification, RFx execution, supplier evaluation, and award recommendations.\n\nDevelop sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, risk, and business outcomes in line with the American Express Policy for Third Party Management (AEMP10).\n\nConduct supplier and market analysis to identify opportunities for value creation, cost optimization, and process improvements.\n\nManage Third Party Lifecycle Management (TLM) requirements, ensuring supplier risk assessments and policy compliance throughout the sourcing process.\n\nContract Drafting & Negotiation\nDraft, review, negotiate, and execute Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and other commercial agreements in collaboration with GCO and other subject matter experts.\n\nLead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers to achieve favourable business outcomes while mitigating legal and operational risks.\n\nDrive contracts to execution by coordinating approvals, resolving contractual issues, and ensuring timely completion of all contracting milestones.\n\nStakeholder Management\nServe as the primary procurement partner for business stakeholders, providing strategic guidance throughout the sourcing and contracting lifecycle.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including GCO, TLM, Tax, Compliance, Insurance, Procurement Operations, and Category Managers, to ensure seamless project execution.\n\nProvide regular updates to business partners on sourcing progress, contracting milestones, risks, and key decisions.\n\nTrack and report sourcing outcomes, including savings, value creation, and procurement metrics.\n\n Bachelor's degree required;
