Design, execute, and analyze experiments to measure incrementality, optimize marketing effectiveness, and improve prospect experiences across the end-to-end acquisition journey.\nLeverage experimentation, analytics, and causal reasoning to identify opportunities for personalized experiences, improved conversion, and customer acquisition growth.\nTranslate complex analyses into actionable insights that shape marketing strategies, investment decisions, and prospect & customer journey optimization.\nBuild AI-powered, scalable solutions: Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows to develop reusable analytical frameworks, automate processes, and accelerate experimentation, insights, and decision-making.\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate ambiguous business challenges into analytical solutions and clear recommendations.\nBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (master’s preferred), with 2+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data science, or experimentation.\n\nStrong proficiency in SQL and Python, including statistical analysis, large-scale data manipulation, and analytical coding.\nSolid foundation in statistics and experimentation, including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, statistical power, and experiment design.\nHands-on experience with AI-assisted coding and analytics tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Copilot, Codex), including the ability to validate AI-generated code and analytical outputs.\nUnderstanding of LLMs and agentic AI concepts, including prompting, APIs, tool/function calling, RAG, MCP, and agent workflows.\nFamiliarity with machine learning fundamentals, including regression, classification, predictive modeling, and model evaluation.\nStrong problem-solving skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, independently drive end-to-end solutions, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with causal inference and advanced experimentation methods, including difference-in-differences, synthetic controls, propensity score methods, quasi-experimental designs, or incrementality measurement.\nHands-on experience building AI agents or agentic analytical workflows, particularly for experimentation, data analysis, insight generation, or analytical automation.\nDemonstrated experience building 0-to-1 analytical solutions, reusable frameworks, or automation capabilities with measurable business impact.\nExperience in marketing measurement, digital experimentation, customer acquisition, or conversion
