The Senior Analyst will work cross-functionally to lead special projects, daily run the business efforts, and strategic efforts from conception to rollout ensuring balance between business growth and colleague experience. Hands-on analytics experience and understanding of data processing. Ability to address performance issues and to manipulate both structured and unstructured data\nProficiency in CRM tools, Salesforce, or statistical software programs\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot, macros, deck-writing)\nProven track record of independently developing novel analytical solutions optimizing business processes\nAbility to cultivate relationships and partner with multiple collaborators, with superb interpersonal skills\nAbility to deliver results, work independently, and prioritize tasks\nSelf-starter who thrives in an evolving, dynamic
