The team drives profitable growth in Acquisitions through Data, Analytics, AI powered Targeting & Personalization Capabilities. This role would be supporting the analytics for US Customer Analytics for sales channels. The incumbent will be responsible for performing strategic analyses, synthesizing conclusions, and communicating recommendations to partners aimed at driving revenue through customer acquisitions/ expansion. The position is part of a highly collaborative environment, interacting with and influencing partners across the Global Commercial Service's business at American Express. The role will require the incumbent to drive not only sophisticated analysis but also heavy partner management through thought-leadership. The role requires a strong background in data analytics, machine learning and commercial card knowledge.\nShift Time- 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST\n Support Data Driven Strategy: Conduct analysis to evaluate marketing and sales performance, identify customer trends, and uncover opportunities for growth\nDeliver actionable insights: Translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership and functional partners, supporting decision-making on customer engagement, product performance, and revenue outcomes\nEnable cross-functional decision-making: Effectively engage and deliver results in collaboration with key partners including the functional channel owners, the business partners and end-users of analytical solutions and technology partners\nInfluence and storytelling: Communicate insights in a compelling way, shaping strategic narratives that drive alignment among cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders\nChampion Innovation: Bring forward new ideas and experiment and apply emerging Gen AI capabilities to solve business problems and Amex use cases\n\n Minimum Qualifications:\nExperience of 2-4 years with minimum Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics and Economics).\nStrong technical and analytical skills with the ability to apply both quantitative methods and business skills to create insights and drive results\nAbility to work independently and across a matrix organization partnering with business partners, functional owners, capabilities, technology teams and external vendors\nStrong programming (SQL and Python) skills with experience in Machine Learning and Data Science\nExperience in applying emerging GenAI capabilities to business problems\nAbility to prioritize and manage several concurrent projects through collaboration across teams/geographies\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience in Advanced GenAI techniques, marketing/acquisition analytics/data science;
