initiatives.\n Design, develop, configure, customize, test, deploy, and support NICE Actimize SAM solutions to meet AML transaction monitoring and regulatory compliance requirements.\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain Actimize SAM detection scenarios, monitoring rules, thresholds, and configurations to support evolving AML business and regulatory requirements.\nWork extensively with Actimize SAM components, including Actimize Intelligence Server (AIS), data processing workflows, and supporting application infrastructure.\nDesign, develop, and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and processing pipelines to support high-volume transaction monitoring within the Actimize SAM platform.\nCollaborate with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Architecture teams to translate AML monitoring requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nFunction as a core member of an Agile engineering team, contributing to user story analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.\nDevelop and maintain integrations between Actimize SAM and enterprise data sources, databases, and downstream systems.\nPerform SQL query optimization, database performance tuning, and application troubleshooting to improve SAM processing efficiency and platform performance.\nSupport Actimize SAM platform upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and modernization initiatives while ensuring system stability and regulatory compliance.\nDevelop automation solutions for application deployment, testing, monitoring, and operational support.\nInvestigate and resolve complex production issues related to scenario execution, transaction processing, data quality, application performance, and batch processing failures.\nPartner with Architecture, Governance, Risk, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver enterprise-scale AML transaction monitoring capabilities.\nStrengthen platform reliability, observability, scalability, and operational readiness across Actimize SAM applications and supporting data services.\nMentor junior engineers, establish engineering best practices, and contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and solution design discussions.\n Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n8+ years of experience in software engineering or enterprise application development, including significant hands-on experience with NICE Actimize SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring).\nStrong hands-on experience in Actimize SAM development, configuration, customization, implementation, and production support.\nExperience with Actimize Intelligence Server (AIS), SAM application architecture, scenario execution, and data processing components.\nStrong understanding of AML transaction monitoring scenarios, detection logic, thresholds, and transaction processing workflows.\nProficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Java, Python, or other relevant technologies used for Actimize development and integration.\nExperience working with relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or PostgreSQL, including complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.\nExperience with ETL processes, data mapping, data validation, and integration of large-scale transactional and customer datasets into Actimize SAM.\nExperience troubleshooting Actimize application performance, batch processing, scenario execution, and data integration issues.\nUnderstanding of enterprise application integration patterns, APIs, web services, and backend processing systems.\nExperience delivering scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise applications.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to develop technical specifications, document system processing flows, and translate functional requirements into technical implementations.\nPreferred:\nDeep technical expertise in NICE Actimize SAM and AIS, including scenario development, application configuration, deployment, and production troubleshooting.\nExperience with Actimize SAM platform upgrades, version migrations, performance optimization, and modernization initiatives.\nStrong knowledge of Actimize SAM data models, transaction monitoring scenarios, detection logic, and underlying processing architecture.\nExperience optimizing large-scale AML transaction monitoring systems processing high volumes of financial transactions.\nFamiliarity with AML regulatory requirements, including BSA/AML, KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR).\nExperience with cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and integration of Actimize solutions with cloud-based data platforms.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automated testing, and application monitoring tools.\nFamiliarity with distributed data processing, messaging frameworks, and enterprise-scale data integration architectures.\nExperience with database query optimization, batch processing performance tuning, and production stability improvements.\nUnderstanding of data governance, data quality, lineage, and regulatory data management practices.\nExposure to AI/ML-enabled AML transaction monitoring, advanced analytics, and modern
