Python & Backend Development\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and backend services.\nBuild and integrate RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.\nWrite clean, modular, reusable, and maintainable code.\nImplement unit tests, debugging, logging, and error handling.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions.\n2. Database Development\nWork with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle\nDevelop SQL queries, manage schemas, and perform basic query optimization.\nWork with NoSQL databases such as Couchbase, Cassandra, MongoDB, DynamoDB\nImplement data ingestion, retrieval, and integration workflows.\n3. Generative AI & Vector Databases\nDevelop GenAI-powered applications using Large Language Models.\nBuild and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.\nWork with vector databases.\nImplement document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval workflows.\nIntegrate LLM APIs and develop effective prompt engineering strategies.\n4. Agentic AI Development\nDevelop AI agents capable of executing tasks, invoking tools, and interacting with external systems.\nBuild agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.\nIntegrate frontier LLMs & open-source/open-weight LLMs.\nImplement basic agent orchestration, tool calling, state management, and workflow automation.\nEvaluate agent performance, reliability, and response quality.\n5. Software Engineering & Collaboration\nUse Git for version control and collaborate through code reviews.\nParticipate in Agile development processes.\nWrite technical documentation and support application troubleshooting.\nFollow secure coding practices and data privacy requirements.\nContribute to continuous improvement of AI-enabled applications.\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\n1-3 years of enterprise experience in software development using Python.\nStrong understanding of Python programming, object-oriented programming, data structures, and APIs.\nHands-on experience with at least one Relational database and one NoSQL database.\nWorking knowledge of SQL, database design, and data retrieval.\nPractical experience integrating LLMs into Python applications.\nUnderstanding of embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and RAG architectures.\nFamiliarity with frontier and open-source LLMs.\nBasic understanding of agentic AI concepts, tool calling, and AI workflow orchestration.\nExperience using Git and common development tools.\nKnowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices.\nStrong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with LangChain, LangGraph or similar frameworks.\nFamiliarity with model-serving tools such as Ollama, vLLM.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nFamiliarity with LLM evaluation, observability, prompt optimization, and guardrails.\nUnderstanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tool integration.\nExposure to enterprise security, authentication, and access control.\nEmployment
