Kubernetes-based workloads, deployment artifacts, configuration, and operational controls.\n\nTroubleshoot complex issues across application, operating-system, virtualization, database, and network layers.\n\nApply secure engineering, vulnerability remediation, compliance, observability, resilience, and change-management practices.\n\nProvide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, documentation, mentoring, and process improvement.\n\n Minimum experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience in software engineering, infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or a related technology domain.\n\nSoftware engineering experience: Strong experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting production-grade services and automation solutions.\n\nJava: Strong hands-on development skills in Java, including APIs, object-oriented design, debugging, and maintainable coding practices.\n\nPython: Strong Python skills for automation, API integrations, orchestration, tooling, and microservice development.\n\nInfrastructure knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of enterprise compute, storage, operating systems, virtualization, provisioning, monitoring, security, and change-management practices.\n\nVMware and provisioning: Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, virtual machines, provisioning workflows, VM templates, golden images, image lifecycle management, and security or vulnerability scans.\n\nNetworking: Strong understanding of VLANs, subnets, DNS, TCP/IP, routing fundamentals, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting.\n\nAutomation: Hands-on experience with Ansible, Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), playbooks, inventories, roles, workflows, and infrastructure automation.\n\nData platforms: Working knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL, including schema fundamentals, queries, integrations, and operational troubleshooting.\n\nContainers: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift, containerized workloads, deployments, services, configuration, and troubleshooting.\n\nDevOps: Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions or Jenkins, secure delivery practices, and automated testing.\n\nCollaboration: Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, written communication, and cross-functional collaboration
