The four pillars of Enterprise Architecture include:\nArchitecture as Code: this pillar owns and operates foundational technologies that are leveraged by engineering teams across the enterprise.\n\nArchitecture as Design: this pillar includes the solution and technical design for transformation programs and business critical projects which need architectural guidance and support.\n\nGovernance: this pillar is responsible for defining technical standards and developing innovative tools that automate controls to ensure compliance.\n\nColleague Enablement: this pillar is focused on colleague development, recognition, training, and enterprise outreach.\n\n Mid-level ability in software development, such as coding assignments.\n\nFunction as member of an agile team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices (tools, common components, and documentation).\n\nParticipate in code reviews and automated testing.\n\nDebug basic software components and identify code defects for remediation.\n\nEnable the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments.\n\nAutomate deployments in test or production environments.\n\nAutomatically scale applications based on demand projections Leadership.\n\nDemonstrate increased self-reliance to achieve team goals.\n\nInfluence team members with creative changes and improvements by challenging status quo and demonstrating risk taking.\n\n Up to 6 years of software development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience such as:\nFamiliar with Agile or other rapid application development methods.\n\nExperience with design and coding in Java and across one or more platforms and additional languages as appropriate.\n\nExperience with streaming technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Flink and Scala as a programming language preferred.\n\nUI experience using React, Node a plus.\n\nBackend experience including Apache Cassandra, and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL a plus.\n\nHands-on expertise with application design, software development and automated testing.\n\nExperience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases.\n\nConfirmed experience with object-oriented design and coding with variety of languages.\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required;
