This role will execute the recruiting process to acquire the best talent with speed and quality. The TA Partner will be a talent champion who can actively stay connected to a robust pipeline, maintain long-term relationships, and energetically sell the role and the American Express brand.\n Lead the full lifecycle hiring process for a designated hiring portfolio\nCreate/Own the development of the talent acquisition strategy for relevant Business Units to deliver on hiring priorities/needs\nDevelop an established business acumen to drive a better hiring and candidate experience\nOwn relationships with internal stakeholders providing regular updates and strategic advice throughout the recruitment process\nMaintain recruitment metrics to share at any point in time\nLeverage market intelligence and industry trends, including target companies and organizations, to build candidate slates\nIdentify channels to source and recruit diverse candidates and build pipelines of qualified profiles across different levels and skill sets in the business\nStructure and recommend job offers, and works with the Compensation Team to determine appropriate packages. Discuss and close the job offer with identified candidates by promoting our Colleague Value Proposition\nManage the candidate lifecycle to deliver high candidate experience\nAttend and lead the briefing meetings and participate in job scoping discussions as needed\nCollaborate with internal CEG colleagues to ensure alignment on recruitment strategy such as Colleague Strategic Partners and the DE&I team\nHelp ensure company complies with laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing, recruiting, and hiring practices\n Minimum Qualifications\n4 years of proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in corporate recruiting or volume hiring\nStrong written and verbal communication\nAbility to build pipeline of talent though direct sourcing via different channels\nHyper focus on creating an excellent candidate and hiring leader experience\nSelf-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision\nDemonstrated ability to work in a team environment\nAbility to work in a high-volume environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly\nComfortable collaborating and bringing ideas to the attention of the whole team\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\nFull lifecycle, corporate recruiting or related experience preferably with exposure to financial services or Operations\nExperience with recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms such as Oracle, Taleo, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or others\nExperience working in a compliance driven organization\nAdditional Details:\nLocation: BGC Corporate Center 2, 5th Avenue corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig\nWorkplace Flexibility: Full time.
