This includes FMV, completion of data points, mobile cause, online bidding services, and event guest lists.\nAssist Fundraising Partners by finalizing closed opportunities and sharing data quality issues in Salesforce.\nAssist Fundraising Partners on any reports needed using the application system reports.\nProvide customer service requests (i.e., software corrections, database receipting, pulling constituent records)\nTroubleshooting with external customers\nPeriodic traveling within the designated markets with some evenings and weekends.\nManage and maintain accurate volunteer and supporter information within our customer relationship management (CRM) system and Microsoft platforms, ensuring data is current and up to date.\n\nManage and maintain accurate volunteer and supporter information within our customer relationship management (CRM) system and Microsoft platforms, ensuring data is current and up to date.\nIn this role, you will report to the Regional Senior Director and will work with a team of fundraisers to manage the databases of the Birmingham and Northern Alabama markets.\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma/GED, Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) preferred.\n3 years of prior administrative and database management and/or non-profit experience or equivalent experience.\nExcellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook).\nCapacity to work independently, prioritize, and balance multiple tasks while managing multiple territories simultaneously. \nExcellent attention to detail, verbal and nonverbal communication, and highly effective organizational and time-management skills.\nAbility to work outside of standard hours, which may involve some evenings and/or weekends.\nAbility and willingness to travel up to 25% periodically throughout the assigned geographical territory during the spring.\nCompensation & Benefits\nThe American Heart Association invests in its people.
