- Sales System Savvy: Master our BILD sales system to contribute to our community’s success.

- Communicate with Compassion: Notify the Executive Director of emergencies with promptness and empathy.
- Detail Detective: Keep an eye out for anything that needs fixing and report diligently to keep our home pristine.
