We strive for excellence.\n As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will drive project execution, proactively manage risks, and foster collaboration to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. This position is permanent, full-time and onsite.\nWhat you’re responsible for:\nDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. \nPlan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools (preferred MS Project). \nDetermine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. \nDefine project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. \nDraft and submit budget baseline and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary through proper change management. \nDetermine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recommendation, if necessary, during project cycle. \nDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members. \nExecute and monitor project progress and appropriate project decisions when needed. \nDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. \nProactively manage risks, identify potential issues, and devise about contingency plans. \nCoach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors.
