AMA’s Learning Program Manager will directly ensure AMA programming and content align with the AMA’s Competency Framework, educational best practices, and the evolving demands of the marketing industry and adult learners. Combining program management with educational insights, this role will develop relationships with individual thought leaders and strategic partners to maintain a roster of best-in-class speakers and trainers. This individual will successfully manage the programming and delivery of the AMA’s professional training products, including synchronous virtual workshops, asynchronous online courses, and training bundles, as well as continuously evaluate and improve the online learning experience of AMA members and customers.
