# Maintenance Manager

About American Spoon In 1982, we began making preserves in our Northern Michigan storefront kitchen. After all these years, our skilled crew still prepares fruit by hand and cooks with care in small-batch copper kettles. About the Role This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned maintenance professional with a manufacturing background. You'll split your time between the production floor, diagnosing and repairing equipment when it goes down, and the desk, where you'll build and run a strong preventative maintenance program, coordinate with outside repair partners, and keep our safety documentation current. You'll also be the person who looks at how we work and spots where an equipment investment could help us run better. Your primary focus will be our production kitchen.
