Supports schema/data validation, structured-data handling, data transformation, and interface dependencies for Bifrost, customer additions, and other approved mission-data changes.Conducts performance tuning of indexes and databases in general.\nReviews database design and integration of systems, provides backup recovery and makes recommendations regarding enhancements and/or improvements.\nMaintains security and integrity controls.\nFormulates policies, procedures, and standards relating to database management, and monitors transaction activity and utilization.\nMay develop stored procedures and/or triggers.\nAdministers a variety of database systems.\nDevelops and enforces database administration and user standards and procedures; audits, modifies, and amends data in systems using SQL commands.\nOversees the scheduling of database projects, database and transaction log backups, notifications, and database replication between multiple SQL Servers and remote sites.\nReviews technical designs, reports, documentation, and other materials produced by staff; creates and maintains high-level reporting systems; researches and implements new database and online technology.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree\n5-7 years of related work experience\nU.S. Citizenship.\nActive TS/SCI Clearance\nPay Transparency Statement\nAMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $115,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
