The team focuses on global land negotiations vendor management, transaction productivity, asset protection, and financial performance. Day to day you will oversee the United States land negotiations vendor channel, manage vendor activity and deal pipelines, monitor performance, and improve program efficiency. As a Senior Program Manager, Land Negotiations, you will partner with cross-functional and regional teams to standardize vendor management, align resources with business priorities, and implement strategic initiatives.\n What You Can Offer Us\nOwn a portfolio of work and serve as the United States land negotiations vendor program’s subject matter expert.\nDrive program goals, maximize transaction close conversions, and train cross-functional teams that support the program.\nCreate automations to reduce cycle times and manual handling of vendor transactions in the United States.\n Manage day-to-day vendor activities, enhance outreach touchpoints, build and oversee a deal funnel, and audit closed transactions for commission payment accuracy.\nDevelop and execute the global vendor management strategy in alignment with regional business priorities, asset protection objectives, and financial targets.\nManage a global vendor budget of $20 million, direct vendor and product spending based on analytics and key performance indicator achievement, and partner with regional teams to manage more than 7,000 transactions and $120 million in global capital expenditure.\nEstablish global vendor performance standards, scorecards, and key performance indicators to drive accountability, productivity, and consistent results across markets.\nDesign and administer vendor incentive and compensation programs that drive desired behaviors, increase transaction volume, and maximize financial returns.\nPartner with regional Land Negotiations leaders to forecast vendor capacity, prioritize workloads, and optimize resource allocation against annual business objectives.\nIdentify and execute opportunities to improve program efficiency and financial performance, and implement changes that support program success.\nDefine program risks and partner with internal groups and project teams to develop proactive risk-mitigation and contingency strategies;
