practices across applications, defining operational patterns and improving consistency and operational readiness across environments.\nDefine and enforce configuration management standards, ensuring integrity, consistency, and auditability of application environments across development, test, and production.\nDesign and standardize CI/CD pipelines, establishing best practices for automated deployments and environment orchestration and release standardization.\nArchitect and implement automation frameworks to eliminate manual processes and improve deployment and operational efficiency at scale.\nManage and govern complex deployments, upgrades, and patching activities, including release planning, sequencing, rollback strategies, and validation of production readiness.\nProvide leadership over environment health, performance, and integration stability, driving proactive risk mitigation and ensuring operability, automation, and observability are embedded across application design and\ndelivery.\nLead advanced troubleshooting of platform, configuration, and integration issues, leveraging deep expertise in logs, data flows, and system architecture.\nDrive systemic root of experience in application administration, middleware platform operations, or DevOps-oriented roles.\nProven expertise in middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Tomcat, WebLogic and ODI) and strong understanding of application integrations and distributed system architectures.\nDemonstrated experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release engineering practices.\nHands-on experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Shell, Python, PowerShell, or similar) to optimize platform operations and reduce manual effort.\nStrong understanding and practical application of ITIL frameworks, including change management, configuration management, release management, and problem management.\nDemonstrated ability to own platform stability and drive root cause elimination, with a proactive and prevention-focused operational mindset.\nExperience operating in complex enterprise environments with multiple applications, integrations, and dependencies.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex cross-system and configuration issues.\nAbility to influence and collaborate with
