creation, and data models to support personalized marketing initiatives.\nEnsure data quality, governance, privacy compliance, and platform performance.\nCollaborate with business, marketing, product, and technology teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.\nDrive customer insights, analytics, and Customer 360 initiatives to improve business decision-making.\n\nRequirements:\n7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, CDP, Data Platforms, or Customer Data Management.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Hive, Presto/Trino, Databricks, Azure Data Services, and Google BigQuery.\nExperience building data pipelines, data lakes, data warehouses, and customer analytics solutions.\nExposure to CDP, Customer Analytics, MarTech, or Customer 360 environments is highly preferred.\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience with Treasure Data, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Data Cloud, Segment, or similar CDP solutions.\nKnowledge of Kafka, streaming data, and cloud-based modern data
