Occasional travel may be required.\nEssential Functions\nProvide general production support for automated warehouse operations.\nVirtually monitor warehouse processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time completion.\nEnsure optimal product flow to meet operational throughput requirements.\nMonitor system downtime and implement improvement plans to reduce downtime.\nMaximize use of system capacity by identifying and mitigating systematic bottlenecks.\nParticipate in troubleshooting events and conduct root cause analysis for control system-related issues.\nCollaborate with the control team to develop best practices for increased productivity in automated warehouse operations.\nOther essential duties may be applicable and assigned as necessary.\nWhat Experience and Education You Need\nMinimum 1 year of experience in an automated warehouse facility required.\nExperience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) required.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and experience with WMS software features required.\nDemonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment and process issues.\nExperience with PLC programming and conveyor control systems required.\nWhat Could Set You Apart\nExperience with warehouse operations, including inventory management.\nFamiliarity with TCP/IP networking and Windows Server administration.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently.\nEffective verbal and written communication.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.\nAbility to adapt to ambiguity and changing priorities.\nExperience developing best practices for productivity in automated warehouse operations.\nBachelor's degree preferred.\nPhysical Requirements\nRequires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, reaching, and/or bending.\nRequires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work, including the operation of computers, telephones, and similar equipment.\nRequires ability to comprehend and communicate with others, verbally and/or in writing.\nMay require travel by automobile and airplane for business.\nMay require visits to warehouse operations in temperatures at or below freezing.\nMay require the occasional lifting, carrying, positioning, and/or moving of objects weighing up to 20 pounds.\nThe company’s good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for this position is minimum $17.75-$26.50 hourly.
