The Center will deliver high quality Finance support services for Americold operations across Europe. By leveraging best practices and technology, we aim to create a collaborative environment that fosters growth and development. This role is critical to support Americold’s growth across all Europe.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform sets of pre and post billing checks to ensure invoices goes out in a timely manner (daily / weekly / monthly)\n\nReviewing billing invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with what is agreed with customers.\n\nConducting quality assurance checks on billing data to identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies.\n\nInvestigating and resolving billing discrepancies (Customers claims) or issues in a timely manner.\n\nCollaborating with IT and finance teams to implement improvements in billing processes and systems.\n\nDeveloping and maintaining quality assurance procedures and documentation.\n\nGenerating reports on billing quality and performance metrics for management review.\n\nEnsuring adherence to billing standards and best practices.\n\nParticipating in audits and compliance reviews related to billing processes.\n\nKey Qualifications\nLanguage Proficiency:Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and (English -
