The ideal candidate will have experience in both agency and corporate recruitment, with a strong focus on back office roles but also the capability to handle a diverse range of specialisms across the organization - including high-volume blue-collar hiring for warehouse operatives, reach truck drivers, forklift operators, and other logistics roles. This role is critical to sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent to support Americold’s growth across Europe.\nKey Responsibilities\nTalent sourcing:\nProactively source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple disciplines, including operational and warehouse roles.\nCandidate screening:\nConduct thorough screenings to ensure candidates meet job requirements, company culture, and values.\nStakeholder management:\nPartner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and key success factors for each role.\nInterview coordination:\nManage the full interview process, from scheduling to feedback, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.\nOffer management & onboarding support:\nLead offer negotiations and manage the hiring process, including references and onboarding.
