The role will focus on platform operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation support, and stakeholder coordination to ensure reliable execution of compliance and operational processes.The ideal candidate should have experience supporting cloud-based applications, automation workflows, infrastructure technologies, and production support activities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCloud Operations - Automation - DevOps\nProvide operational support for cloud-based automation platforms and services.\nMonitor application health, alerts, scheduled jobs, and automation workflows.\nInvestigate and resolve platform, infrastructure, and integration-related issues.\nSupport AWS services including Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, CloudWatch, Glue, and Athena.\nSupport Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) deployments and configuration changes.\nMaintain integrations with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow.\nSupport recurring operational and compliance-related activities.\nAnalyze incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate remediation activities.\nCreate and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.\nWork closely with infrastructure teams, cloud teams, and business stakeholders.\nSupport platform enhancements, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.\nParticipate in production support, change implementation, and release activities.\nRequired Key Skills\nExperience supporting AWS cloud services and serverless technologies.\nWorking knowledge of AWS Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, CloudWatch, Glue, and Athena.\nExperience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code concepts.\nExperience in application support, production support, or cloud operations.\nKnowledge of ServiceNow and enterprise support processes.\nBasic to intermediate Python scripting experience.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes.\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work effectively within global and cross-functional teams.\nIn-Office Collaboration\nWe are a client-centric, relationship-based business.
