So, if you're talented, driven and want to work for a strong, ethical company that cares, take the next step and create a career at Ameriprise India LLP.\nJob Description\nThe Information Security Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration, configuration, enhancement, and operational stability of the Archer IRM platform used across enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs.This role works closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and senior technical team members to deliver Archer solutions that support Information Security, Third-Party Risk Management, Privacy, Compliance, Business Continuity, and Audit functions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Archer administration, Agile delivery practices, and enterprise application support while demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPlatform Administration & Development\nSupport the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Archer IRM platform.\nConfigure and maintain Archer applications, workflows, questionnaires, dashboards, reports, notifications, and layouts.\nAssist in managing application security through appropriate role, group, and record permission configurations.\nSupport platform upgrades, patching activities, and application releases.\nBusiness Partnership & Solution Delivery\nWork with business stakeholders and Product Owners to understand business requirements and assist in delivering effective Archer-based solutions.\nSupport process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies.\nContribute to solution discussions and recommend enhancements aligned with business needs.\nIntegrations & Automation\nSupport Archer integrations, data feeds, imports, exports, and related application interfaces.\nAssist in monitoring data quality, integration performance, and system reliability.\nTroubleshoot integration and data-related issues in collaboration with technical teams.\nAgile & SDLC Execution\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nContribute across multiple SDLC phases, including development, testing, deployment, validation, and production support.\nFollow established development standards, governance controls, and change management processes.\nNGRX UI & Application Support\nPartner with business users to investigate and resolve issues impacting Archer's NGRX-based user interface and associated workflows.\nTroubleshoot application, configuration, workflow, and access-related issues.\nParticipate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for recurring issues.\nDocumentation & User Enablement\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and user guides.\nSupport user acceptance testing, release validation, and application training activities.\nProvide application support and guidance to business users to improve adoption and user experience\n Required Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.\n2-4 years of experience in Archer IRM, Information Security, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), or enterprise application support.\nWorking knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, relational databases, and data management concepts.\nExperience supporting configurable enterprise applications and workflow-driven solutions.\nUnderstanding of Agile delivery methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\nAbility to effectively collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nArcher Certified Associate (ACA) certification preferred.\nExperience supporting Risk Management, Compliance Management, Audit Management, Privacy, or Third-Party Risk functions.\nExposure to RSA Archer configurations, workflows, reporting, and questionnaire development.\nFamiliarity with Angular and NGRX-based user interface frameworks.\nExperience supporting APIs, integrations, and automated data feeds.\nStrong customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.\nExperience working with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.\nIn-Office Collaboration\nWe are a client-centric, relationship-based business.
