Glades Wealth Partners is often selected for Ameriprise pilot programs and new technology initiatives. The right candidate will help evaluate new tools, drive adoption, and identify practical ways to make our team more efficient and effective.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate client meeting preparation and follow-up

• Manage client service requests from start to finish

• Maintain accurate CRM records and workflows

• Serve as a key point of contact for client communications

• Assist with marketing campaigns, events, and communications

• Support the evaluation, rollout, and adoption of new technology tools and Ameriprise pilot programs

• Spot process gaps, workflow misses, and inefficiencies-and help build practical solutions

• Support team training and technology adoption efforts

• CRM records are accurate and up to date

• Identifies gaps, misses, and inefficiencies-and helps create practical solutions
• Stays current on new technology releases, evaluates their usefulness for our practice, and helps integrate the right tools into our workflow

• Processes become clearer, smoother, and easier for the team to follow

• Team members view you as reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree

• 2+ years of professional experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Brings a solution-oriented mindset and a sharp eye for details others may miss

• A work-smarter-not-harder mindset, with a natural drive to simplify and improve how work gets done

• Confidence learning new technology, evaluating how it fits the practice, and helping others adopt it

• Comfortable asking thoughtful questions, identifying what may have been missed, and following through on solutions

• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365

Preferred

• Financial services experience

• Salesforce experience

• Microsoft Copilot Premium or Claude experience

• Canva or marketing experience

• Process improvement or project coordination experience
