In collaboration with the team and vendor/contractor resources, ensure viable designs, flawless execution, and seamless transition into the production environment.Job Description Summary\nSupport complex End User Computing (EUC) environments by developing and implementing detailed designs, configurations, standards, and engineering solutions across endpoint management, browser management, and modern workplace technologies. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, governance, and ongoing support of Windows, macOS, mobile devices, enterprise browser platforms, Microsoft Intune, and AI-enabled workplace technologies, including Microsoft Copilot. The position partners with Security, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and supportable solutions that enhance user experience, improve operational efficiency, and meet compliance requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nEndpoint Engineering & Device Management\nDesign, implement, and support endpoint management solutions across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.\nDevelop and maintain Microsoft Intune configurations, compliance policies, security baselines, application deployment standards, and device management strategies.\nDesign and implement endpoint policies using modern management technologies and Group Policy where appropriate.\nEvaluate, test, and validate new configurations, technologies, and security controls prior to production deployment.\nCollaborate with application owners to ensure endpoint compatibility and a positive user experience.\nBrowser Engineering & Management\nDesign, implement, and support enterprise browser management solutions for Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.\nAdminister Microsoft Edge Management Service, including policy management, reporting, governance, and operational support.\nConfigure and maintain browser security controls, extension governance, authentication settings, and enterprise browser standards.\nEvaluate browser releases, policy changes, and emerging capabilities for enterprise adoption.\nPartner with Security and Architecture teams to ensure browser platforms align with enterprise security and compliance requirements.\nTroubleshoot complex browser policy, authentication, compatibility, and configuration issues.\nAI & Modern Workplace Technologies\nSupport the implementation, governance, and operational readiness of Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled workplace technologies.\nEvaluate emerging workplace technologies and provide recommendations that improve productivity and employee experience.\nPartner with Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to establish appropriate controls and governance for AI-enabled solutions.\nGovernance, Compliance & Operations\nCreate and maintain engineering standards, technical designs, operational documentation, and support procedures.\nMonitor policy compliance and effectiveness through reporting, analytics, and management platforms.\nParticipate in governance forums, architecture reviews, and technology planning activities.\nSupport Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Vulnerability Management processes.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions for recurring issues.\nSupport audit and compliance activities through documentation and evidence collection.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.\n5-7 years of relevant engineering experience supporting enterprise endpoint technologies.\nStrong experience supporting Windows endpoint management in a large enterprise environment.\nStrong experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 technologies.\nExperience designing and implementing endpoint configuration, compliance, and security policies.\nExperience managing enterprise browser platforms, including Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, browser policy management, extension governance, and browser security controls.\nExperience with Microsoft Edge Management Service or similar enterprise browser management technologies.\nExperience supporting macOS and mobile device management platforms.\nExperience with PowerShell automation and scripting.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\nExperience working within ITIL-based operational processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI governance, or enterprise AI adoption initiatives.\nExperience implementing enterprise browser governance, security, and modernization initiatives.\nExperience with Windows Autopilot and modern device provisioning.\nExperience supporting iOS and Android device management.\nExperience implementing endpoint security baselines and compliance controls.\nExperience with endpoint analytics, Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions, and operational reporting.\nExperience with Microsoft Defender and endpoint security technologies.\nMicrosoft certifications related to Endpoint Management, Microsoft 365, Security, or AI technologies.\nBase Pay Salary\nThe estimated base salary for this role is $115,000 - 145,000. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
