This role is responsible for ensuring accurate billing processing, delivering responsive operational support, monitoring service levels, and partnering with technology teams to drive process improvements and automation opportunities.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, operational rigor, customer focus, and technical aptitude to successfully manage day-to-day business operations while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nBilling Operations & Data Management (50%)\nProcess recurring billing activities and operational transactions accurately and within established service timelines.\nPerform data validation, reconciliation, and exception management activities using Microsoft Excel and other business systems.\nAnalyze large data sets to identify discrepancies, trends, and operational insights.\nPrepare and distribute recurring operational reports, dashboards, and management metrics.\nInvestigate billing issues and data anomalies, partnering with stakeholders to resolve them efficiently.\nMaintain process documentation and ensure compliance with established business controls and procedures.\nProduction Support & SLA Management (30%)\nProvide day-to-day production support for business applications and operational processes.\nManage incoming support requests, incidents, and service inquiries from business users.\nTrack, monitor, and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational performance metrics.\nOwn issues through resolution, coordinating with business and technology teams as needed.\nEscalate critical issues appropriately and provide timely stakeholder communications.\nIdentify recurring support trends and recommend corrective actions to improve service quality.\nTechnology Support, Enhancements & Automation (20%)\nPartner with technology and business teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.\nSupport system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.\nAssist in developing reporting and dashboard solutions using tools such as Power BI.\nContribute to workflow automation initiatives leveraging PowerApps and related technologies.\nDocument business requirements, process improvements, and enhancement recommendations.\nSupport continuous improvement efforts that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n2-3 years of experience in operations, billing, production support, business systems, or technology support roles.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, PivotTables, reconciliations, and large data set analysis.\nExperience processing operational or financial transactions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.\nProven ability to analyze data, summarize findings, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.\nExperience managing production support activities, including incident management, SLA tracking, reporting, and escalation coordination.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nExperience partnering with stakeholders across multiple business and technology functions.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong customer-service orientation with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.\nDemonstrated ownership and accountability for driving issues through to resolution.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nWillingness to work outside of immediate responsibilities to meet business needs and solve complex problems.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working within the financial services industry or another highly regulated environment.\nExperience supporting billing, reconciliation, financial operations, or transaction-based business processes.\nExperience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI.\nExperience developing or supporting solutions using Microsoft PowerApps.\nFamiliarity with production support frameworks, incident management processes, and service delivery best practices.\nKnowledge of process improvement methodologies, workflow optimization, and automation techniques\nIn-Office Collaboration\nWe are a client-centric, relationship-based business.
