As AmeriSave continues expanding across mortgage, home equity, and consumer lending products, technology remains a core competitive advantage.\nPosition Summary\nAmeriSave is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance service delivery across the organization.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, systems integration, API development and consumption, and modern authentication technologies.\nThis role works closely with infrastructure, security, application development, and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, develop, and maintain automation solutions across IT and business operations.\nBuild and support solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform, including: \nPower Automate\nPower Apps\nPower BI\nPower Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio\nDevelop integrations between cloud and on-premises systems using REST APIs and web services.\nCreate and maintain reusable automation workflows, scripts, and templates.\nCollaborate with business and technical teams to identify manual processes suitable for automation.\nDevelop workflows that interact with Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, and other enterprise platforms.\nMonitor automation performance and proactively resolve issues.\nDocument automation solutions, technical designs, and operational procedures.\nParticipate in solution architecture reviews and recommend automation and integration best practices.\nEnsure automation solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.\nWhat You Bring\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.\n3+ years of experience in automation engineering, systems integration, or application development.\nHands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps.\nExperience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web-based integrations.\nExperience designing and troubleshooting API authentication and authorization processes.\nStrong knowledge of scripting and automation technologies, including: \nPowerShell\nPython\nJavaScript\nExperience integrating cloud services and enterprise applications.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Azure services and Microsoft Graph API.\nKnowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience with Power Platform governance, environments, and Center of Excellence (CoE) best practices.\nFamiliarity with Atlassian Cloud products.\nMicrosoft Power Platform, Azure, or related certifications.\nTechnical Skills\nMicrosoft Technologies\nPower Platform\nMicrosoft 365\nAzure\nSharePoint Online\nMicrosoft Teams\nMicrosoft Graph API\nIntegration & Development\nREST APIs\nJSON\nXML\nWebhooks\nAPI Gateways\nAuthentication & Security\nOAuth 2.0\nOpenID Connect (OIDC)\nSAML\nMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)\nSingle Sign-On (SSO)\nMulti-Factor Authentication (MFA)\nScripting & Automation\nPowerShell\nPython\nJavaScript\nHigh-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect via Ethernet.
