As part of our growing AI/ML division, you will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to build next-generation voice interactions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multilingual Language Models (MLMs).\nThis is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone excited by cutting-edge conversational AI and driven to deliver seamless, intuitive customer experiences.\nThis is a remote opportunity to work from home.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nArchitect and implement robust voice bot solutions that operate effectively across phone-based IVR systems and web-based voice interfaces.\nIntegrate bots with LLMs and MLMs to create dynamic, multilingual, context-aware conversations.\nCollaborate with UX designers to build conversational flows that feel natural, human-like, and contextually adaptive.\nConnect voice bots to internal APIs, CRMs, and knowledge bases to power real-time interactions.\nDesign systems for managing fallback behaviors, intent resolution, escalation, and sentiment analysis.\nBuild tooling and infrastructure for testing, monitoring, and improving voice bot performance over time.\nEnsure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards, especially in financial and consumer data contexts.\nWhat You’ll Need:\n5+ years of experience developing production-grade voice bots or conversational AI systems.\nProven success integrating bots into telephony systems (Asterisk, Twilio, Amazon Connect, Google Dialogflow CX, etc.).\nDeep familiarity with building voice experiences for the web (Web Speech API, VUI design, etc.).\nHands-on experience interfacing bots with LLMs (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) and MLMs for multilingual interactions.\nProficiency in languages like Node.js, Typescript, or Python for backend integrations.\nExperience working with speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) engines.\nComfort with real-time messaging, API integrations, and scalable architecture patterns.\nExcellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership in delivering user-facing features.\nHigh-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect via Ethernet. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in the mortgage, fintech, or regulated financial services domain.\nFamiliarity with prompt engineering.\nExposure to sentiment detection and emotion-aware dialogue systems.\n**Please note that the compensation and benefit information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to applicable state and local laws on pay transparency.
