We’re seeking someone who can bring energy, professionalism, and precision to every interaction-both internally and externally.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nAct as the front-line representative of our service brands by managing inbound and outbound calls with customers, vendors, technicians, and partners.\nCoordinate and dispatch field technicians efficiently across a broad geographic region \nEnsure smooth interdepartmental communication and handoffs between service, billing, operations, and technician management teams.\nMaintain up-to-date and accurate records of service calls, technician availability, and work orders.\nMonitor real-time technician activities and provide ongoing support to optimize service delivery.\nAdapt and work seamlessly across various business divisions with a clear understanding of different departmental goals.\nAbility to navigate WMS systems such as NetSuite is preferred.\nAssist in troubleshooting scheduling conflicts or service delays with professionalism and a solution-driven mindset.\nQualifications:\nCustomer Service Oriented - Demonstrates patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills in customer interactions.\nExcellent Phone Communication - Comfortable handling high-volume calls with a clear, professional tone.\nOrganizational Skills - Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through under tight deadlines.\nTeam Player - Collaborative mindset, capable of building positive working relationships across departments.\nTech-Savvy - Experience with business software systems (CRM platforms) and confident navigating new technologies.\nExperience in Third-Party Portals - Previous experience working with customer/vendor service portals is highly preferred.\nFlexible and Adaptable - Able to shift focus as business needs change and thrive in a fast-moving, service-driven environment.\nMust Haves:\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, customer service, dispatch, or a related role\nFamiliarity with multi-division service-based operations is a plus\nStrong command of English, both verbal and written\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer navigation\nBenefits:\nHourly rate based on experience and company growth potential\nTraining & Development Programs\nHealth insurance with generous company contribution\nCompany paid life insurance\nDental, Vision, and 401K plan\nVacation and sick paid time off\nPaid holidays\nAmeriserve is an equal opportunity employer.
