Job Details
Shift details: Monday through Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm EST
Responsibilities:
- Prepares transportation solutions that align with client requirements, available resources, and scheduling needs.
- Collects client, shipment, and pricing information to support transportation planning and informed operational decisions.
- Documents transportation requirements, service details, and pricing-related issues to maintain accurate records and support resolution.
- Updates internal stakeholders and field-based sales personnel with transportation and account information to maintain continuity of service and decision-making.
- Tracks transportation requests, resource availability, and service schedules to support timely execution and visibility across activities.
- Records common issues and resolutions related to pricing, transportation planning, and service coordination to support operational consistency.
- Maintains communication flow across stakeholders to maintain alignment on transportation requirements, service commitments, and issue status.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, business administration, operations management, or a related field required.
Required Experience:
- Less than 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, customer coordination, sales, operations, or a related field required.
Nice to Have:
- Certification in logistics and transportation, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification preferred.

$52,000 - 81,620*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
