Mandatory local laws shall also prevail. \n\nThis role is intended for an early-career project professional who will support both internal and customer-facing business initiatives through coordination, communication, documentation, and follow-through across cross-functional teams.\n\nSupports project planning activities, milestone tracking, and deliverable coordination to assist execution against approved objectives and priorities.\n\nTracks project status, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies to support visibility and timely follow-through.\n\nCoordinates with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment on project requirements, decisions, and implementation needs.\n\nPrepares meeting materials, project documentation, and status updates to support communication with internal stakeholders and customers.\n\nReviews project data and reporting outputs to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improved execution.\n\nSupports communication and operational readiness activities to help teams prepare for project delivery.\n\nContributes to improvement of project procedures, templates, and working methods to strengthen execution consistency.\n\nBachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.2+ years of experience in business project/program management, PMO, portfolio management, change management, or a related field required.Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
