understand invoice details and resolve discrepancies promptly with customers and operations\nCommunicate progress and forecast account metrics and initiatives on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis\nEnsure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives\nAssist with high-severity requests and issue escalations as needed\nIdentify future opportunities and forecast additional labor headcount needs\nTravel to customer sites around the Puget Sound, WA area\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of proven work experience as a national account manager or key account manager, preferably within an equipment fleet business\nDemonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (field, executive, and C-level)\nProficient in MS Excel and MS Office;
