Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000 depending on location and experience.\nThe benefits of belonging - what’s in it for you?\nFull benefits within 30 days\nMedical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, life insurance, disability insurance\n401(k) match program\nPaid vacation, holidays, and sick time\nCommitment to your safety through boot and prescription safety glasses reimbursement\nCareer and learning development with an extensive training program through our Amerit University\nEmployee referral program, up to $1,000 bonus\nASE certification program with fee reimbursement and bonus\nEmployee recognition platform that includes opportunities to redeem points for merchandise\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\n24/7 nurse triage line\nEmployee discounts on cell phone service and entertainment tickets\nEmployee resource groups (ERGs) that foster inclusion\nWellness and fitness programs through our providers\nKey Responsibilities\nLead strategic and tactical programs across the AV/EV segment, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and achieve defined business outcomes.\nSupport new customer launches, market expansions, fleet ramps, transitions, and new vehicle platform introductions from planning through stabilization.\nDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action trackers.\nPartner with field Operations to identify performance gaps and implement scalable solutions across multiple markets and customers.\nDrive cross-functional execution across Operations, Recruiting, Training, Finance, HR, Safety, IT, Procurement, and other business functions.\nDevelop customer and executive-facing presentations, business reviews, performance reporting, launch plans, and strategic recommendations.\nAnalyze operational KPIs and business data to identify trends, risks, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.\nManage complex customer requests and initiatives, balancing customer expectations with operational capabilities and business requirements.\nEstablish repeatable processes and operating mechanisms that allow the AV/EV segment to scale efficiently.\nMaintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and support escalations, business reviews, and continuous-improvement initiatives.\nIdentify risks early, drive accountability for action items, and ensure commitments are completed across multiple workstreams.\nSupport AV/EV leadership with special projects, strategic planning, and other high-priority segment initiatives.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field preferred.\n5+ years of program, project, or operations management experience, preferably within automotive, fleet, transportation, technology, EV/AV, or another complex operational environment.\nDemonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive and customer-facing materials.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.\nAdvanced proficiency with Excel and experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.\nDemonstrated ability to build processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive measurable continuous improvement.\nAbility to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and rapidly scaling organization.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within autonomous vehicles, electric vehicles, fleet maintenance, automotive, transportation, or emerging mobility technologies.\nExperience supporting new business launches, market expansions, or large-scale operational transitions.\nLean, Six Sigma, or continuous-improvement experience.\nStrong stakeholder-management experience across both operational and executive audiences.\nExperience working directly with customers and leading business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic initiatives.\nMeasures of Success\nSuccess will be measured by the timely execution of AV/EV initiatives, successful launches and transitions, improvement in operational KPIs, quality of customer and executive deliverables, cross-functional execution, and the development of scalable processes that enable continued segment growth.\nAbout Amerit Fleet Solutions\nAmerit Fleet Solutions is a leading provider of comprehensive fleet maintenance and management solutions.
