This leader directly manages Fleet Managers and may oversee Service Coordinators, Service Advisors, Technicians, and other field personnel.\nThe Regional Fleet Manager is accountable for ensuring each location operates safely, efficiently, and consistently while meeting expectations for customer service, fleet performance, staffing, quality, productivity, employee engagement, and financial performance.\nSalary range: $120,000-$145,000 plus annual performance-based bonus\nThe benefits of belonging - what’s in it for you?\nCompetitive salary pay - paid weekly, every Friday\nFull benefits within 30 days\nMedical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, life insurance, disability insurance\n401(k) match program\nUnlimited vacation, paid holidays, and sick time\nCommitment to your safety through boot and prescription safety glasses reimbursement\nCareer and learning development with an extensive training program through our Amerit University\nEmployee referral program, up to $500 bonus\nASE certification program with fee reimbursement and bonus\nEmployee recognition platform that includes opportunities to redeem points for merchandise\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\n24/7 nurse triage line\nEmployee discounts on cell phone service and entertainment tickets\nEmployee resource groups (ERGs) that foster inclusion\nWellness and fitness programs through our providers\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn day-to-day multi-site field operations across an assigned AV/EV region.\nLead, develop, and hold accountable Fleet Managers and other regional field leaders.\nEnsure consistent execution across Safety, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Fleet Availability, Productivity, and Operational Efficiency.\nMonitor operational KPIs, repair-order performance, technician productivity and utilization, staffing, scheduling, and customer SLAs.\nEnsure each site has appropriate staffing, leadership coverage, tools, processes, and resources to meet customer requirements.\nPartner with Fleet Managers to manage technician performance, attendance, scheduling, overtime, employee relations, engagement, and retention.\nCoach and develop Fleet Managers, building a strong leadership bench and ensuring consistent management practices throughout the region.\nPartner with HR on employee relations, performance management, corrective actions, investigations, and other people-related matters.\nPartner with Recruiting and Training to support hiring plans, onboarding, technical development, and workforce readiness.\nBuild and protect a strong AV/EV culture centered on safety, accountability, teamwork, professionalism, quality, and customer focus.\nServe as an escalation point for operational, employee, and customer issues that cannot be resolved at the site level.\nDevelop strong relationships with customer stakeholders and ensure concerns are addressed quickly and professionally.\nSupport new site launches, fleet ramps, customer transitions, and implementation of new EV/AV vehicle platforms and technologies.\nIdentify operational risks and performance gaps, establish corrective-action plans, and drive issues through resolution.\nMaintain financial discipline across labor, overtime, travel, purchasing, inventory, third-party spend, and other controllable regional expenses.\nConduct regular site visits and operational reviews to ensure standards are consistently maintained throughout the region.\nKey Skills & Behaviors\n5+ years of fleet, automotive, transportation, or field operations leadership experience, including experience managing leaders and multi-site operations.\nStrong fleet maintenance and automotive operational knowledge; EV, high-voltage, diagnostics, ADAS, or autonomous vehicle experience preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to lead and develop managers, technicians, and geographically dispersed teams.\nStrong understanding of employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and frontline leadership.\nStrong customer-service orientation with the ability to manage escalations and build effective customer relationships.\nData-driven with experience managing operational KPIs, productivity, staffing, and financial performance.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling, and constantly changing environment.\nStrong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nProactive, accountable, resilient, and comfortable taking ownership of complex operational challenges.\nAbility to travel regularly throughout the assigned region to support teams, customers, and operational priorities.\nMeasures of Success\nSuccess will be measured by the performance of the assigned region, including safety, customer satisfaction, fleet performance, staffing attainment, technician productivity and utilization, quality, employee retention and engagement, operational KPI performance, financial results, and development of strong field leadership.\nAbout Amerit Fleet Solutions\nAmerit Fleet Solutions is a leading provider of comprehensive fleet maintenance and management solutions.
