Validate outputs, document key judgments, protect confidential information, and comply with Company data governance and internal control requirements.\nIdentify and implement process improvements that increase accuracy, efficiency, scalability, and consistency.\nPrepare ad hoc analyses and perform other responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications and Key Competencies:\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.\nFive or more years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting and/or industry, including experience with month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.\nStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and the ability to research and apply relevant FASB guidance; experience with SEC reporting requirements preferred if applicable.\nExperience with cost of goods sold and accounting in a manufacturing or similar operational environment preferred.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP or equivalent lookup functions, and the ability to organize and analyze large data sets.\nExperience using, or demonstrated aptitude for learning, approved AI-enabled tools for accounting research, data analysis, process automation, and continuous improvement.
