This will include identification of how AI be included in the proposed solution. \nManage the rollout and communication of new features to organization\nOwn training content and materials for new product features and capabilities\nSupport the rollout of updates to ensure technician adoption and minimize disruption\nMonitor product usage metrics and gather ongoing feedback to identify improvement opportunities\nAct as the primary support resource for escalated product questions or issues\nIdentify and champion quick wins that can be implemented to improve supply chain efficiencies\nWhat does success look like?\nOptimized supply chain processes supported by technology solutions through the enterprise\nMinimized inventory shrinkage\nHigh quality parts requests from shop floor\nFully automated (as much as possible) purchasing, inventory, and vendor management\nCollaborate with AI specialists on the team to drive AI solutions to the supply chain process\nKey Competencies and Minimum Education\n5+ years of Supply Chain experience in mid-size to large environment.\nProven experience translating user feedback into product requirements and specifications\nDemonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps and prioritize competing initiatives\nStrong collaboration skills with technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders\nExperience with the full product development lifecycle (planning, development, testing, launch, support)\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities\nTechnical literacy (comfortable with web applications; deep technical knowledge not required)\nBA/BS Degree in Technology related field, Advanced degree a plus\nMust be willing to travel approx. 20% to various shops in the US and Canada\nCore Competencies\nUser Advocacy - Strong commitment to understanding and representing technician needs\nCommunication - Ability to clearly articulate product vision, requirements, and updates to diverse audiences\nAnalytical Thinking - Can distill complex feedback into clear priorities and strategies.
