Your role will involve greeting clients with a smile, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining a smooth front desk operation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nStand and greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.\nAnswer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently.\nAssist with client check-ins and check-outs.\nProcess payments and maintain accurate records.\nCommunicate effectively with the veterinary team to ensure seamless service.\nProvide compassionate support to pet owners.\nWhat We are Looking For:\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nPrevious veterinary or customer service experience preferred but not required\nA love for animals and a positive, team-oriented attitude\nHours of Operation: M-F 7:30AM-6:00PM, Sa 8:00AM-12:00pm.
